Wellness That Matters: Black Health And Wellness News & Community Care

Today we’re joined by instructor, writer, and bibliotherapist Emely Rumble, LCSW who’s here to share the effective story behind her launching publication, Bibliotherapy in the Bronx In this inspiring and deeply powerful conversation, Emely explains how guides we read can be a lifeline, a mirror, and a healing balm, specifically for young people browsing complicated psychological landscapes. From maturing in the Bronx to developing reading circles for recovery in underserved colleges, Emely has reimagined what treatment can appear like for Black and brown areas, focusing literary works, neighborhood, and voice.
