From Hollywood to Home: Black Voices in Entertainment

Feeling hot, hot, hot! Celebrity trainer Shannon Nadj is heating up summer Fridays with her Hot Pilates workouts.

The workout guru, who has helped sculpt Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner, Shay Mitchell, and Shanina Shaik’s bodies, is hosting special classes every Friday from June through August at her studios in West Hollywood, California.

Think: Reformer and heated mat Pilates sessions in partnership with brands including Next Health, Niagen Plus, Fruit Riot, Splits59, and more, as well as live DJ sets and wellness activations.

The fitness destination is also hosting hot summer deals with sale through July 4, where clients can purchase a 1-month unlimited membership for $200 heated mat, $350 reformer, or $400 for both.

Regardless of which option you choose, be prepared to shake and sweat.

“Get ready to strengthen, tone, and build unstoppable stamina,” Nadj tells ET.

“Each workout blends dynamic Pilates exercises with strength and low impact cardio to challenge your core, legs, arms, and posture. … Expect a strong core, more flexibility, better posture, and a full mind and body transformation,” she adds.

As for the ideal routine? “Incorporating 2-3 reformer classes per week will allow you to apply the resistance you feel on the springs to your mat workout days,” she suggests.

If you can’t train with Nadj in person, don’t sweat it — you can still get in on the fun by joining the Hot Pilates digital platform.

“Find a community that supports you and one you feel inspired by,” the Pilates expert recommends.
