SAVANNAH – Today, Dec. 2, the City of Savannah’s Water Reclamation department launches a new payment platform to manage payments and compliance for its Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) program
The new system, SwiftComply FOG Solution for Food Service Establishment (FSE) Compliance, will be used to manage the City’s FOG program workflows, inspections, and permitting. The integration of this platform will streamline program operations and introduce a brand-new efficient payment process for establishment permits and optimize service provider manifest submissions.
The platform will also capture pump out reports, as well as Food Service Establishment grease interceptor permit applications and payments.
Starting January 2, 2026, all manifests, permit applications, and payments must be submitted through the new online platform: savannahga.gov/FOG
