On August 7, more than 75 members of the Peachtree City community gathered to celebrate a significant milestone — the start of construction on Royal Views, a new upscale condominium community set to transform a familiar corner of Aberdeen Village.

The project will feature twelve luxury residential units above street-level retail space, replacing the longtime home of Partners Pizza and other local businesses. The development, led by Jim and Marilyn Royal, aims to blend modern design with the city’s unique small-town charm, offering premium amenities, prime walkability, and proximity to Peachtree City’s beloved cart paths.

“Every great community project has that one moment where it truly begins, and for Royal Views, that moment is today,” said Michelle Humes of the Michelle Humes Group, EXP Realty. “We’re thrilled to bring this monumental project and the vision of Jim and Marilyn Royal to life.”

The event brought together city leaders, developers, and future residents. Attendees included Jim and Marilyn Royal, Mike and Lynsey Benton, Mayor Kim Learnard, FORZA founder Dennis Patrylo, Public Communications Manager Vivian Lett, and Fayette Chamber President Leonardo McClarty, long-time citizens and members of the real estate community.

Demolition is set to begin this week, with strong early interest in the residences — 11 units already have deposits. Prices range from $927,360 to $1,369,125. At street level, Partners Pizza will return to the new development alongside a yet-to-be-announced anchor restaurant and several additional retail spaces.

Royal Views is expected to become not just a place to live, but a vibrant hub for dining, shopping, and community life in the heart of Peachtree City.
