    The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System is proud to announce that the district has been recognized by the Georgia Association of School Personnel Administrators (GASPA) with three prestigious Best in Class Awards for excellence in human capital management practices.

    GASPA’s Best in Class Awards recognize school districts across Georgia for exemplary practices in areas such as recruitment, retention, technology, employee benefits, strategic initiatives, and employee communications. Awards are evaluated based on effectiveness, innovation, and impact, with consideration given to the financial resources available to each district.

    The Platinum Award represents the highest level of recognition and is reserved for submissions that far exceed those of similarly situated districts. Gold Awards recognize exemplary evidence of outstanding human capital management practices.

    These recognitions reflect SCCPSS’s ongoing commitment to attracting, supporting, and retaining high-quality employees while leveraging innovative technology solutions to enhance district operations and employee experiences.
