Fitz Johnson was nominated to run for another term as Public Service Commissioner in district 3 with 54,640 votes.

Keisha Waites — 46.1%
Peter Hubbard — 33.3%
Robert Jones — 20.7%
125,970 votes were cast in total. Waites and Hubbard then competed in the runoff:

Alicia Johnson was nominated to run for Public Service Commissioner in district 2 with 125,727 votes cast.

207 votes were cast in total. Winterville’s charter says that whoever gains the most votes is the winner, making a runoff unnecessary.
