TYRONE, GAย โ€“ Theย Miss Fayette County and Miss Coweta County Scholarship Organizationsย are proud to recognize the achievements of their 2025 titleholders following a standout week at theย Miss Georgia Competition.

Miss Fayette County, Dominique Verville, a preliminary talent winner, earned a coveted spot in theย Top 15, continuing the programโ€™s strong record of placements at the state level. The organization is proud to continue their long-standing tradition of preparing poised, impactful women who compete with heart and excellence.

Representingย Coweta County,ย Miss Coweta County, Abby Calloway,ย made an unforgettable mark on the Miss Georgia stage, receivingย three incredible honors:

  • Theย Non-Finalist Interview Award and Scholarship
  • Theย Quality of Life Award, a prestigious recognition presented by the Miss America Opportunity
  • And aย brand-new awardย created to honor one delegate whose heart, character, and presence rose above, awarded exclusively toย Abby.

The organization also celebrates their teen titleholder,ย Miss Coweta Countyโ€™s Teen,ย Journey Whorton, who represented Coweta County with poise and personality in herย first-ever teen pageant. We are deeply proud of her courage and commitment.

โ€œThese young women didnโ€™t just compete, they connected, uplifted, and led with purpose,โ€ saidย Catina Burrell, Director of Operations & Business Development. โ€œDominique, Abby, and Journey exemplify what it means to represent your community with integrity, and we are so proud of the legacy theyโ€™re building.โ€

Gina McKinney, Executive Director, added:

โ€œIโ€™ve seen many seasons of this program, and this year was something truly special. These young women showed us the power of resilience and reminded us all what scholarship, service, style, and success truly look like.โ€

Under the leadership ofย Gina McKinney, Catina Burrell, & Aโ€™Leah Burrell, the Miss Fayette and Coweta County pageants are excited to continue growing, mentoring, and empowering the next generation of titleholders.ย 

Theย 2025 Miss Fayette County Scholarship Pageantย isย tentatively scheduled for August 2025 in Tyrone, Georgia.
