    Savannah Chatham County Public School System (SCCPS) Update:

    During the February 2026 Regular Meeting of the Board of Education, the Board approved a plan for boundary changes in Western Chatham County and the Eastern Corridor that include Bloomingdale Elementary School, Pooler Elementary School/Pooler Early Learning Center, West Chatham Elementary School, West Chatham Middle School, New Hampstead K–8, Myers Middle School, and Hubert Middle School. These changes further the District’s goals to optimize facility usage, improve transportation efficiency, and ensure equitable access to high-quality educational environments.

    Those boundary modifications are now reflected in Info Finder I.  If you aren’t sure which school your child will be zoned for this fall, simply click the link below and enter your address to view your SY 2026-27 school assignments.  Please note – updated school bus route information for next school year will not be available until July 27th.
