The Real Brokerage unveiled major AI innovations at its RISE 2025 conference, introducing HeyLeo, a conversational home search concierge, and expanded voice and intelligence features for its agent assistant, Leo CoPilot. Opteon acquired Equity Valuation Partners (EVP) to expand its U.S. operations and enhance technology-driven property valuation services. The deal combines Opteon’s appraisal management platform with EVP’s client network and expertise, aiming to modernize appraisals through innovation while maintaining quality and compliance.

Renowned, a new real estate marketing brand, merges RateMyAgent and Curated Social into one platform to boost agents’ digital visibility and credibility. Its “Local Expert Marketing” system automates review management, content creation, and social media marketing, helping agents build trust, win listings, and strengthen their presence in local markets. 

MoxiWorks has launched RISE, an AI-powered real estate marketing platform that prioritizes daily agent tasks, predicts client intent, and automates personalized follow-up. Designed to reduce lost business from insufficient engagement, RISE offers predictive modeling, content creation, and a shared workspace for teams, supporting retention, recruiting and improved lead management.
