God in his divine sovereignty, dispatched his angels to receive his child, Mr. Willie Tanksley, On Monday June 16, 2025. A beloved, father, brother, uncle and Friend, now sleeps.
Mr. Willie Tanksley, was the father of Greg Tanskley and Michael Tanksley, a beloved sister, Mrs. Betty Wilson, he also leaves a legacy with two brothers, Pastor Algene (Apostle Dorothy Manker) Tanksley, Retired Lt. Col. James ( Dr. Mary) Tanksley, a brother-in-law Robert Storey nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In the timeless echoes of eternity, amidst the whispers of the celestial realm, the immortal words of Jesus resound, “Jesus said unto him, I am the resurrection and the life: he that believeth in me though he were dead, yet shall he live and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die, believest thou this.”
the angel of silence came, and the celestial clock chimed, the mortal shall transcend the boundaries of morality, embracing the realm of the immortal.
During this time of uncertainty, we request continued prayers as well as acts of grace, wisdom and spiritual support for the family.
