    Traffic Alert: Bull St. Ramp to River St. Temporarily Closed Due to Gamble Building Construction 

    SAVANNAH – The Bull St. ramp to River St., along with portions of E. Upper Factors Walk, will be closed due to ongoing renovations at the Historic Thomas Gamble Building beginning Monday, Aug. 24, 2026.

    Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes. The ramp and Upper Factors Walk are expected to reopen Friday, Aug. 28, 2026.

    Savannah City Hall, the Hyatt elevator, parking for Vic’s on the River, and walkways for pedestrians will not be impacted.
