    8/20/2025 – The Chatham Area Transit Authority (CAT) Board of Directors will convene three times in August, holding a Special Called Meeting, a Regular Board Meeting, and a New Board Member Orientation session.

    All meetings are open to the public and will take place at CAT Central, located at 900 E. Gwinnett St.

    Meeting Schedule:

    Special Called Meeting: Thursday,August 21, 2025, at 2 p.m., in accordance with O.C.G.A § 50-14-2(1), this subject matter will be closed to the public for the purpose of entering executive session to consult with CAT’s legal counsel.

    Regular Board Meeting: Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 4 p.m.

    Board Orientation: Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 11 a.m.
