Briefly tell us about your wedding experience and how both of you felt on your big day.

Our wedding day felt like a perfect reflection of who we are as a couple, joyful and full of meaningful moments. From the excitement of getting ready to the quiet seconds before the ceremony, everything seemed to move both quickly and beautifully. All of our guests showed up with so much love and joy, which made our day even more memorable and special.

Wedding song, and the significance of the song:

“Still” by Mali Music The song carries a calm, intimate tone that creates a meaningful and elegant atmosphere. The lyrics reflect trust, devotion, and the kind of love that remains steady through every season of life—an essential quality in marriage. I wanted this song to reflect my devotion to my husband, Brandon, as I walked down the aisle.

First Dance Song: “Anything For You” (Duet) by Ledisi and PJ Morton; This song speaks to our willingness to love selflessly, support one another, and stand together through every challenge and triumph. The lyrics reflect a deep devotion and the promise to be there for each other no matter what; a sentiment that aligns perfectly with the vows we exchanged.

What are you looking forward to as a married couple?

As a married couple, we are looking forward to building a life together rooted in love, trust, and partnership. We are excited about creating new memories, supporting each other through every season of life, and growing stronger together as a team. We look forward to building our home, celebrating milestones, starting new traditions, and simply enjoying the everyday moments that make life special. Most importantly, we are excited to continue learning from each other, choosing one another daily, and building a future filled with peace, laughter, and lasting love. We are excited to start a family, in which we are currently expecting a baby due in November 2026.

    Congratulations to the happy couple!
