Set for June 5th at the iconic Beverly Hilton, this year’s ceremony will honor Perry with the Innovator Award while celebrating Good with the Spirit Award, recognizing two creatives whose impact on Black storytelling and representation continues to resonate across generations.

Previously announced as the recipient of the coveted Innovator Award, Tyler Perry’s inclusion instantly elevated this year’s event into must-watch territory.
