- Survey deadline is August 7.
SAVANNAH – The City of Savannah’s 311 Department invites the public to provide input through a survey that will help the City better understand any challenges customers face when using the 311 system and to also improve it as a single, easy‑to‑use hub for submitting and tracking service requests.
The survey can be found here. The feedback given will help the department monitor service quality, recognize changing community needs, and strengthen how residents are informed and engaged about City services. It will also aid in enhancing principles as outlined in Savannah GPS Strategic Plan Goal 5: Improve Quality of Life by Raising Municipal Service Standards (Objective 3: Strategy 2).
Paper copies will be at City Hall available for residents during days of city council sessions. They will also be available at the following Golden Age Program locations and community centers to complete:
