Founded in Midland in 2023 by Shonna Morales, Ashley Irons, and Amber Grissom, Maven Real Estate Group comprises 11 agents and three staff members, with Morales and Irons serving as co-CEOs.

“KW mission statement immediately aligned with us – God, Family, Business,” said Morales. “ As owners, we’ll have more leverage and support than we had on our own and can expand quicker.”

A Midland native, Morales has been licensed since 2005 and became a licensed broker in 2013; Irons has been licensed since 2012 with excellent experience serving buyers, investors, and builders; and Midland native Grissom, a real estate broker, began her real estate career in 2019.

    Amber Grissom

“The biggest strategy for growing my business over the years isn’t trendy; it’s consistent gratitude,” said Irons. “I send handwritten notes constantly and thoughtful gifts every quarter to remind people how much they mean to me and my business.”

“The leverage from KW will free us up to serve our clients even better, mentor and develop our team, and gain access to more tools, resources, technology, and training, all of which will create a better experience for our clients,” said Grissom. ”It’s all about the clients; without them, none of us have a business.”
